Ontario Health Central Region Initiatives - DEI & IPAC
Human Library – DEI
- Engagement with The Human Library and Ontario Health to plan and organize ten virtual Human Library experiences for staff in OH Central Region
- Marketing of sessions via email blasts, the Regional Learning Centre website, and messaging from Ontario Health
- Two sessions held in April and June
- Well received by all participants
- Recruitment of Human Books (people who will share their unique perspectives and experiences) and librarians (facilitators) from Ontario is ongoing
IPAC
- Provision of administrative support to MOD IPAC program via RLC Education Coordinator position.
- Services include editing and uploading of IPAC webinar recordings to YouTube channel, management of mailing list, marketing flyers, and event registration platform.
- Continuing to run monthly mask fit testing sessions
